From her extensive leadership and commercial experience across a broad range of sectors – Financial Services, Telecoms, FMCG, Travel and Retail, Elaine brings practical insights to the teams she facilitates. Elaine takes a very human approach to coaching individuals and teams which along with her business savvy works to empower her clients to reach their true potential.
Prior to entering consultancy, Elaine was CEO of Tesco Mobile, where she and her team led a business turnaround, doubling the customer base and building the brand to be the most recommended network in Ireland. Her earlier career included leadership roles at O2, GE Capital and KPMG.
Elaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma in Professional Accounting from University College Dublin/Smurfit School. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds non-exec directorships in the travel, education and arts sectors.
