Her coaching style reflects her ability to connect with people at an emotional level, enabling them to develop their awareness and understanding of their behaviours, together with the emotions and beliefs that drive them.
Fiona is an accredited emotional intelligence coach and incorporates approaches from leadership climate, transactional analysis, strengths-based leadership, neuroscience and behaviours, NLP and other development tools in her work.
Fiona is a passionate and active supporter of Women in Business and developing female talent within organisations. She is President of the Dublin chapter of PWN (Professional Women’s Network), a global non-profit promoting gender-balanced leadership.
Fiona’s demonstrable record in building and developing teams to deliver results and growth in market share in a highly competitive fast-paced environment includes over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
In her spare time, Fiona gets the best from people by creating flourishing environments as a scout leader and mentor for her local LGFA (Ladies Gaelic Football Association) team.
